CCEF: Addictions Conference

"On behalf of CCEF, I would like to invite you to our 2008 conference. I think the lineup this year is superb as you learn from a group of people who bring a wide variety of experience to this topic. This year's conference is for all who struggle with addiction, and for all who want to help them. You will see as you read the elective descriptions that some will be of particular benefit to pastors, ministry leaders and counseling professionals."
- Tim Lane, Executive Director

"The Bible is quite savvy when it comes to our temptations. God, after all, knows the human heart and sees everything. But there is more. Contrary to expectations, God goes into the streets, the alleys, the bars to find the addicted and the stuck and offer them freedom.

The aim of our Annual Conference is to accurately describe how God pursues and frees stuck people. Prepare to be inspired. And, in keeping with how God speaks to the nitty-gritty details of life, prepare to be equipped with specific strategies and skills for your life and ministry."

I would like to go - as I'm particularly interested because of the jail ministry. I think finances may be an issue, especially considering that I am planning to go to the DG conference in September.
