Thankful?

Ever stand in awe at the glory of being able to see? Ever delight to hear the voice of a loved one or a great piece of music? The magnificent gifts of seeing and hearing are given by the Lord. Yet we often entirely overlook such blessings and fail to consider from whom they are given.

Amazingly He displays His goodness by giving such wonderful blessings even to His enemies and to those who have no gratitude for His kindness. In this He demonstrates that which He has taught, “But I say to you love your enemies.” One more example of Him making the sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sending rain on the just and on the unjust.
